We locked in at 4.0 (30 year conventional) today and are even getting a small chunk of change toward closing. The cost to buy down the rate to 3.875 was pretty steep and we calculated that it would take around 10 years to break even. So we're not complaining.
In other news, there's been progress on the brick. I can't wait until the scaffolding is down so I can get a better look!
